I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. My primary focus is helping individuals assess and alter their body conditioned response and emotional regulation patterns. I teach practical tools to help recover and prevent physiological burn out. In addition to cognitive behavior therapy, I use a combination of sensory integration practices, stimulus management strategies; combined with breath work, mindfulness, and biohacking techniques to bridge the mind and body connection for optimal resilience and functioning.
